Group therapy differs from other types of counseling in many ways, most obviously in the number of people attending the sessions.   This setting stimulates new ways of expressing thoughts and feelings, as well as receiving the feedback of others.

Relationships between group members are generally  "baggage free" fostering open interaction and encouraging risk taking, lessening concerns about embarrassment or of being judged.  The group environment provides opportunities for all members to learn and grow from shared experiences.

  • Anxiety and Panic Attacks
  • Agoraphobia
  • PTSD
  • Grief and Loss
  • Aging Issues
  • Women's Support
  • Men's Support
  • Corporate Counseling

During these sessions, you will discover that you are not alone in the difficulties you are going through.  As you work with others who are or have been in similar situations, you will benefit from their support and develop fresh approaches toward dealing with life's challenges.
