A couple begins their relationship with the hope of long, loving lives together.  But when the bonds of love break down, therapy provides the  opportunity to work through difficult issues and allows both partners to reconnect in a comfortable, neutral environment.

Meaningful relationships   flourish when individuality and togetherness are in balance.  When each person has equal standing, the qualities of openness, intimacy, trust and respect are more likely to be present.

  • Communication
  • Creating a Shared Vision
  • Managing Conflict
  • Intimacy
  • Setting Boundaries
  • Pre-Marital Issues
  • Infidelity
  • Divorce

In couples therapy, we will   work together to rebalance your  relationship by developing effective verbal and emotional   communication, identifying and changing unhealthy patterns of behavior, and setting appropriate boundaries.  We will also focus attention on greater self-awareness and improvement of personal interaction.   This process will help you determine the changes that are needed for each partner to find greater satisfaction in your relationship.
