Welcome

Thank you for visiting.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering supportive, gentle guidance for people who are dealing with difficult issues. I specialize in the treatment of  anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, depression, grief/loss and relationship issues.   With offices conveniently located  in Mill Creek and Seattle,    I work with  individual men and women, couples, families and groups.

Are you or a loved one going through a stressful time?  What concerns or worries leave you feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck? Are you being heard?  Let counseling be your personal time-out.

This rejuvenating process of discovery, awareness and transformation can help you learn how to break old patterns of behavior, improve relationships and feel better.  Through the experience of therapy, you will be able to take back the power in your life.

How are you feeling?

Everyone gets "the blues" occasionally, but long-term, chronic depression is a serious problem that should be treated.

If you  have been feeling sad or  depressed, this self-exam questionnaire may be of help.
